This tool is used to organize a set of projects into a presentation that can be shown with a click of the mouse or an arrow key.

Open Supplies and drag out the Object Catalog.

Click on the Multimedia button and then on the Thread Navigator.
ObjectCatThreadNavigator, page 2. The Thread Navigator uses the whole Etoys window like a book.

Each click of a forward or back orange arrow is like turning pages in a book.

ObjectCatThreadNavigator, page 3. Click the orange circle in your Thread Navigator to open a menu of options.

Click the push pin in your Navigator Thread's menu to keep it open.
ObjectCatThreadNavigator, page 4. It takes time to learn how to use all of the options in the Thread Navigator's menu.

Squeak Etoys is a "media authoring tool"-- software that you can download to your computer
and then use to create your own media. You can write out your project and share it with others.
Etoys runs on any Mac or Windows machine, as well as on the OLPC XO machine.
It is free.    Find out about Etoys.
