I think we can still improve the beginning of this transcript by adding labels for the narrator at the beginning of the quoted film, and for each actor: the writer, her son, the classmate, and the computer agent. Same for the second video snippet of the girl cooking. If you think labels are too much, maybe adding signs like “—” when voices alternate.
